Milwaukee Brewers 7 RBI Guys – Aaron Hill and Ted Kubiak

Aaron Hill of the Milwaukee Brewers had a great offensive game this past Saturday night.

Hill had three homers and seven runs batted in, including the go-ahead grand slam in the 10th inning, as the Brewers won 13-7. Hill is now the ninth Brewers player in franchise history to drive in seven runs in a game.

In case you missed it last fall, I posted on my blog a story I wrote about infielder Ted Kubiak – the first Brewers player to drive in seven runs in a game. It happened for Kubiak in 1970, which was a great highlight in the midst of a disappointing 65-97 season. Ted was fascinating to interview and provided a great deal of information, not just about his time with the Brewers and the seven RBI game, but his coaching career and what he’s up to now.
